People share different opinions about using the web as a resource to meet someone special. I've been told about successful connections about couples that have used an online dating site to meet and I personally know a few of those couples that have meet online. They decided to give online dating a chance for a few different reasons such as their life-style changed or found the activities that they use to do they no longer enjoyed doing. Those few friends who are now happy with their new found relationship are still dating and one couple ended up getting married and have never been happier. The successful couples also shared that if they continued to do nothing about meeting a special someone they would still be single and going through life alone. Each successful connection did share with me that they went on many
dates before they meet their match but each successful connection continued to keep an open mind and continued to meet other singles either weekly or biweekly. Each couple expressed that using
online dating sites helped them to find that special someone they were
searching for. I do understand that there are people who feel online dating is dangerous or inappropriate. Some people feel it's an unnatural way of meeting someone special and put down online dating. Some of the naysayers were shocked when I told them that I decided to give online dating a shot and watched eyes roll and listened to their negative comments. However, I have family and friends who felt it was high time I take the initiative to get out there and was happy to hear it. They had encouraging words and want me to keep them informed. Just like the successful couples who used online dating to meet, I have my own personal reasons why I decided to go the route of online dating. Let me share some of the reason why I decided to go the route of online dating. I'm friends with many couples who have been together for years and are happily married but I'm also friends with a couple of couples who are stuck in an unhappy married because they got married to young and stuck. Those couples who are stuck have children which of course they love but complain about their spouse all the time. Whenever we get together all they do is complain. When I suggest they take the initiative to get out of their horrible relationship and can understand it will probably be one of the hardest things they ever do I'm told you don't understand. I feel life is to short to live unhappily and then tell them people get divorced everyday. I have many family and friends who have been divorced and after getting their lives in order to start over, some of those people turned to online dating which lead them to their special someone and they are now in very happy relationships and one of those divorcees are now married. These are the people who tell me you should give it a try and the chance is so worth it. So now I'm one of those people who never saw myself searching for a special someone online actually searching. I'm here to share with you that it is OK to use online dating websites to meet someone special and I will be updating this website to share with you how it turns out for me. I'll be back.

You might be more comfortable bringing up a particular subject in a social online forum if your the type of person who is uncomfortable speaking about a particular subject within your circle of family and friends and I'm here to tell you that it's OK. Not everyone in my my life sees life the way I do and that is fine too but having an outlet where I can share my thoughts, concerns or ask questions I need answered had lead me to answers which have worked out well for me.
